For those who haven’t been exposed yet, Forty Days of Dating is a blog charting the experiences of two good friends who found themselves single at the same time, and decided to date each other for 40 days. Jessica Walsh is “a hopeless romantic who jumps into relationships very quickly,” and Timothy Goodman “is afraid of commitment and tends to date many girls at the same time.

Aside from the wonderful story, the blog is a joy to explore – each new day’s entry is topped by quirky designs from the pair’s friends both Jessie and Tim are designers , and receipts, business cards, photos, and videos to each other pepper the page – giving a scrapbook-like charm to the everyday blog. A warning, you’ll want to have a spare hour or two when you first start reading – you’ll get hooked very quickly.

We first discovered the project around Day Five at the time of writing, they are up to day 26 , and we’ve fallen in love with not only Jessie and Tim, but with their story, their friendship, and the idea of them as a couple.
